Orders & Product Availability

While we have ready-made jewellery and samples for viewing at our showroom, most of our products are made-to-order and will be tailored to each customer’s individual requirements. Upon confirming an order it takes us approximately 10 days to manufacture a product, however this depends on the complexity of the design. These time frames do not factor in shipping. Please review our Shipping Policy for information on domestic and international shipping.

All products listed on our Site show an estimated delivery date, however this is not a guarantee. If you require a product before the listed delivery date please contact us to see if it qualifies for expedite production.
