What a lovely experience at Diana Jewellery! I was a bit nervous about finding my engagement ring (and had looked at about 100 rings in different places before coming). I felt so comfortable with them during the consultation. They had an amazing selection to choose from and they were so creative and flexibility in helping me choose my ring. I knew nothing about diamonds before coming in and they sat and taught me so much about color, cut and clarity. I chose a design which they then customized for me, making the band slightly wider (to better suit my hand size) and changing the cut of diamond from square to oval. I was able to approve each step of the process - they sent amazing renders of the ring with my actual diamond - and I even got to view the wax version before they cast it. With it being such a big purchase we were nervous, but they were absolutely professional and helpful at every term. Just a lovely experience all around! One note is don't let the building fool you. It doesn't look like much from the outside but their showroom in great once you get inside!
